Brewery vs Brewery Lip Sync Battle

If you weren’t at Big Top Brewing on Friday, August 25th, you totally missed out!

When Big Top Brewing Marketing and Special Events Coordinator Meg Hughes sent out the invite for the first annual Brewery vs Brewery Lip Sync Battle she was hoping to get five or six of the local breweries to participate. She was thrilled when nine breweries enthusiastically responded with a resounding “we”re in.”.

It was clear after the first lip sync with Scott and Corey Harper from 3 Bridges Brewing that there were no boundaries when it came to raising money to Fight Childhood Hunger with All Faiths Food Bank. And, clearly they were in ‘it to win it’ with their performance to I Will Survive!

Bernie Dieseldorff and Blake Cohen from Calusa Brewing melted hearts as they handed out roses while performing the Backstreet Boys I Want It That Way.

Tyler Robideau, Curtis Dille, and Tony Martin from Naughty Monk Brewing crushed it with a song by Real Big Fish and Molly Rene from Motorwork Brewery had moves that rivaled Beyonce while lip syncing All The SIngle Ladies.

Mick Cohn and Tommy Harris from Brew Life Brewing even had their own Karate Kid while singing You’re The Best from the Karate Kid Soundtrack.

Darwin Brewing, Brew Life Brewing, and Jdubs Brewing Company and Tap Room also had great performances, but it was Mike Bisaha with Big Top Brewing who brought down the house in his blond wig performing Circus by Britney Spears.

Hundreds watched as brewery after brewery brought their A game to the competition, but in the end only one brewery can take home  the championship belt. The first to walk away with the belt and bragging rights was Jeff and Scott Douglas with 3 Keys Brewery and Eatery singing Girls Just Want To Have Fun, but the big winner of the night was All Faiths Food Bank.  One dollar vote at a time!

Having lived here all our lives we know the history behind our beautiful town,” said Big Top Brewery Owners.Mike Bisaha, Josh Wilson, Seth Murauskas, and Johnny Albert.  “Typically seen as a tourist destination for beaches, weather and art, Big Top plans to add world renown beer manufacture to those well deserved titles. Because this community has given us so much we are grateful to be able to give back with fun events like this.”

The mission of the All Faiths Food Bank is together with their partners they provide healthy solutions to end hunger in our community.
